During the conversation with a potential advertiser there are many questions that need to be asked and information that will need to be gathered before a booking can be made.
Please use the list below as a checklist to make sure you get everything you need.

WHAT ARE YOUR CAMPAIGN GOALS?

What is the advertiser trying to achieve with their campaign? What are the challenges for their business and what would they like to promote?

WHAT AUDIENCE WOULD YOU LIKE TO TARGET?

What audience is the advertiser trying to reach? Be as specific as possible (‘Everyone’ is not a useful answer) and include demographic and psychographic information.

WHAT PAGE/URL SHOULD THE AD LINK TO?

Discuss with the advertiser the best page on their site to link the ad to – this is not always the homepage.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRACK ACTIONS ON THE ADVERTISER’S WEBSITE?

Using the information on this page explain what this involves and what the benefits would be.
