Email Booking Information

Campaign Email:

Campaign generates a heightened awareness of your customers by placing their brand and messaging in front of targeted audience segments within a carefully crafted email campaign. And for even extra reach a targeted Facebook advert is included, mirroring the creative design, messaging and audience of the email campaign. The Facebook reach can be shared across Instagram too.

Reach your customers ideal audience with precision, utilising a host of targeting criteria including geography, demographics, interests and spending behaviour. Use one of our intelligently created audience packages, or request a more bespoke campaign for your customer. The campaign can also be sent to our own engaged set of newsletter subscribers (with third party marketing permissions) or your customers owned data.

How do I book a Campaign Email?

All bookings will be made by the CSU so all you need to do is:

1. Agree on the campaign objectives and ideal audience with your customer (don’t forget to let them know they’ll need to grant us access to their Facebook account).

2. If you would like to use a bespoke targeted audience for the Campaign, complete a data request ticket outlining your desired audience criteria . Include as much information on the target audience criteria as possible – any details on location, interests, spending behaviour, and so on.
The data team will respond with the available volume of records that match the criteria for the campaign.

3. Complete the CSU order request form for the email (and Facebook extension too, if applicable).

In addition to standard business information for your customer, you’ll need to include:

a. proposed start date
b. desired email volume
c. information on the audience you want (select an out of the box package or provide the data ticket details for a bespoke audience)
d. information on the customer’s goals and copy assets

Please note the customer must supply all content/messaging and assets for the campaign for you to attach to the order form.
Some basic guidelines for copy requirements are listed below, or click here to see examples of Campaign emails.

Minimum copy requirements for a Campaign Email include:

    • Their company logo image
    • Contact details or web links for where they want the email to direct to – and what are they trying to get the reader to do – submit an enquiry, find out more, make a purchase?
    • The initial headline messaging to go at the top of the email
    • A small sentence or two that gives context as to who they are and what they can do to help their customers
    • Ideally 100 – 300 words of copy that discusses the subject of the email and either gives useful information to the reader or shows off the benefits/features of the product. They might want to break it down into a couple of small sections with a different point for what are the main things they want to promote and tell people about. We could have different buttons/ web links for each section if they’d like. The idea of this is that the email shows we can solve problems for the customer. If the customer struggles to put together this they could look at the content of their website or blog if they have one, and use this as a base.
    • Any other imagery that would be helpful for the email e.g. pictures from the website, if the customer is not precious on this we can lift images directly from the website.

4. The Campaign will be booked by CSU, designed, and proofed to your customer. After the email campaign has been delivered you can track its performance in the reporting portal here . Reporting for the Facebook component can be accessed here at the end of the campaign.
